Hostel Iiris

Iiris offers 40 comfortable, accessible rooms, including rooms where your pet is welcome. You can stay for one night or a longer period. Whether you're travelling alone or in a larger group, we’re happy to accommodate you.
The Iiris Centre, completed in 2003, was designed by architect Rainer Mahlamäki, who has received, among other honors, the Finlandia Prize for Architecture.

Rooms
All rooms have a private bathroom, refrigerator, radio, and wireless internet access. Some rooms can be connected with a door to form a family room. Baby cots and extra beds are available.
Facilities and services
Near the rooms, there are lounges with TVs and kitchenette facilities, as well as access to laundry services.
Groups can reserve, for example, the sauna and pool area, gym, or kitchens for their private use.
While at Iiris, you can also learn about visual impairment and even visit the Dark Café or the Museum of Visual Impairment.
Accessibility of the accommodation
The entire Iiris Centre is accessible, designed to accommodate people with mobility and sensory impairments. The spacious rooms for 1–3 people have accessible private bathrooms.

Prices include 14% VAT.
Breakfast is not included in the room price.
